My Role In The Production Is...

I'm in the boys dance in the production. All of the boys from rooms 9,10/11 and 20 are in it with me. We practice most days and the first time we practiced. We have a codename for it and it's volleyball. So every time we heard "Volleyball" from mr r (Our Coach) we knew we had dance practice. It was ok considering it was our first time but we needed to improve. From then on we practiced nearly every day.                                                                              

The first time we did the dance in front of a crowd was cool cause then we got to show our sweet moves. It was in front of the Grill 2.0 girls and they kept laughing but we all enjoyed doing it. Also Our dance comes in right at the start of act 2 scene 2 (I think I have no idea).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     After our dance we have the ballroom scene we we go to the back of the stage, Watch all the ball guest come through and then do another dance.

My Weekend

In the weekend my cousins came to my house. My cousins names are Jahvontye and Katarina. One day we all went outside and played a game. It was one that Jahvontye played at his school. It's were one person throws a disc at the other person and the other persons aim is to get it hooked on their foot. When we all played it we were all pretty close except for Kata who was throwing the disc over every body's head. But when Jahvontye threw the disc at me a couple times he was very close. After that we all went in the car to get BK (Burger King) for dinner because it was a Friday and on Fridays we get BK.                                                                                                                                                                                                              The next day we all stayed on our electronics till 12:30 and then all of the kids except Kata had a Nerf war. It was me vs Leevi and Jahvontye. I got shot three times and one of the shots I 

got shot in the eye they never got shot because I suck at aiming.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    The last day Sunday was fun because Me and Jahvontye stayed home by our selves for 2 hours and did what ever we wanted. So we just played on the computer and played Roblox. The games we played the most were speed run 4 and giant smash. Speed run 4 was fun because we got up to the rainbow level (level 7) which was hard because we didn't get halfway for 30 mins so then we changed the game to giant smash where 1 person is the giant and every body gets a crossbow and you have to try and kill the giant. If you survive the whole round without getting killed you get 100 coins. If you get the final kill on the giant you get 100 coins and every time you level up you get more coins. After what I thought was 3 hours they came back with 2 donuts for all the kids and a frozen coke. After that big day we met Kata and her family went to countdown had some turns on the claw machine (No Luck) and then all went to our homes. Which Jahvontye lives in Patea and Kata and here family lives in Hawera and we went back to our house in Palmerston North which in our family is the biggest city

Traditional.Teaching.Style (T.T.S)

On Tuesday the 10th of May 2016 our teachers had surprised us with a traditional teaching style. There were rows and rows of chairs and we had name tags at our desks and it was boy/girl. We weren't allowed into the classroom until 8:50 and it was only room 11 not 10/11. Plus it had a sign on the window that said "Be Quiet It was a very unusual day and some very unusual stuff like marching and organised play.                                                                                                                                                                                      When we walked back into class we saw the teachers cracking up of laughter and I was trying to figure out what had happened and when they told us what had happened we all smiled and laughed and then they wrote TTS on the board and told us that they made us do a block of old school learning.                                                                                                                                                                                                             Then we all went away and did a CSI also known as a Colour, Symbol, Image. We all did one for TTS and one for Grill 2.0. So what you do for CSI is pick a colour, symbol and image that suits the chosen subject here are my 2.

Sport Rotation

Every Tuesday after lunch the entire Senior Syndicate has sport rotation. Every class does 2 different sports and it goes from 1:30 till 3:00 so you'll get 45 minutes a sport. There are sport coaches that help is with each rotation. My favourite thing to do isn't a sport but it's apart of sports rotation and it's circuits. The most exhausting thing that I've ever done is planking because you have to plank for 5 minutes non-stop. The most fun thing ever in circuits would be trying throwing animals filled with bean bag beans into a hoop. I don't know why it's so fun but it just is.

Inflatable World

In the holidays I went to Inflatable World and it was amazing. I went with my mum and a child that my mum looks after and his name is Nikolai. When we went in I saw the thing I wanted to do the most. The big balls just like on wipeout so I walked over to them and I waited my turn. When it was my turn I just ran across all four balls and landed on the end platform in 2 seconds. I only fell of the big balls 1 or 2 times at the end. Even Nikolai had a go at it. After that I went on the giant inflatable square. It was really slippery and hard to get up. The easiest way to get up was to climb up the corners so when I got up I jumped up and down hoping to bounce some people off. When I got bored of the giant yellow air cube I went to the duelling arena. I had a duel with a stranger but the problem was that we couldn't reach each other. So we tried to reach each other and it ended out to be who had the best balance. Most of the time it was a draw and rarely would there be a winner. It got boring after a while so I went to another activity that was right next to it. There was 3 wrecking balls filled with beanbag beans and 1 podium in the middle of them. The objective for the people throwing the wrecking balls is to knock the one person off the podium. For the 1 person on the podium the objective is to stay on the podium for as long as possible. It was a lot of fun with a lot of people. After that amazing day I thought "I am a very lucky boy" and walked out of Inflatable World with a grin on my face.  

Weet-Bix Triathlon

Hi, my name is Jaeziah and I did the Weet-Bix Triathlon. Even though the weather was holding us back and slowed plans down we persevered through and did it. When my partner Jordan started swimming I was nervous. I waited for Jordan to finish swimming so I could start biking but he was still in the pool for a while. But a minute later he finished his swim and I tagged him and then I started my biking.                                                                                                                                                                                                    When I started to bike it had all ready cleared up unlike the other races and I didn't end up biking in the rain so that was nice but anyway. I started to bike along and then I started to catch up to a big pack of triathletes. So I tried to go through them but it just didn't work so I just stayed in the back until a big, wide space so I could pass other people. Later on in the bike there was a big, wide space like I hoped so I started to pass people and then there was a point were we passed The Esplanade, went over a speed bump and then I hoped off my bike I was like "I'm nearly finished the bike"! Then I saw the transition and stood my bike up then ran to Jordan to start the run.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     When I started to run with Jordan we were enjoying the run very much it was nice and easy to start with but when we got to halfway I started to struggle but Jordan help me push through and then I saw my mother and my brother who had already finished the race and they were both following me around when I was running but at the end we runed as hard as we could and we finished.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       We got our medal and a cup of water and I said "Yay we finished the triathlon". So we waited in line to take our picture  and then got our ice blocks and went back to mum. She said to me that I could have some nachos and a hot chocolate with two marshmellows and they were very tasty. After that whole day their was the bike giveaway and I nearly won a bike twice but I like my old bike just how it is. Then when it was all finish I got my bike walked to the car, got a frozen coke from Burger King (cause we were good) and then went home.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Swimming Sports

On Tuesday the Senior Syndicate went to do some swimming sports we there would be races and relays. I entered the 25m freestyle and it went great because I got third and got a black rod. My brother got 2nd and a brown rod and Jordan came first and got an orange rod. A black rod was one point a brown rod was two points and a orange rod was three points. The fun relays were fun to you either got a donut or a surfboard but it depended which house you were in. I was in Weka and my team got a donut. We got 3rd out of 4 and I felt we could do better but I was still happy with the result because at least we didn't come last. After all that there was a adults/teachers vs students race and the adults/teachers won even though the students put up a good fight. Then we all wanted free time but didn't have the time for it so we got dressed, packed up all of the stuff and went back to school.

Zirka Circus

When I went to Zirka Circus I thought I was going to be bored and but when I left I didn't have any socks. It was the greatest 2 hours of my life.                                                                                                               The opening act was about a boy who lost is toy bike and then went out to try and find it. But then he meets with what looks like a water goddess who brings his toy bike back. He looked around in shock and wondered "How did this happen?" but still burst in joy that his toy bike was back.
The next act was one of my favourite acts out of the entire show. There were these people dressed up as pirates and they did the most amazing things on two poles. First they did some back flips on the ground but then they climbed up the poles did a trick and then hanging by just their legs upside down they let go dropped and then just before they hit the ground they gripped back on with their legs and then did half a back flip and landed on their feet. I went in my head "Wow that was amazing!"
